Privacy Notice

Information you give us

• Account: your name, email address and a password. Passwords are stored only as a salted hash, never in readable form. If you sign in with an external provider, we receive the basic profile details that provider shares.
• Orders and addresses: delivery and billing addresses, phone number, the items you order and their payment status.
• Reviews: the rating and text you submit. Your review is shown with your name.
• Messages: anything you send to us by email or WhatsApp.

How we use it

• To create your account, take and deliver orders, issue invoices and respond to questions.
• To keep the site secure and working, for example by limiting repeated login attempts and investigating errors.
• To send marketing email only if you have separately agreed to it. You can withdraw that agreement in your account settings. We do not treat an imported or purchased subscriber list as consent.

Cookies and visitor statistics

We use one sign-in cookie, set only when you log in, so that we can keep you signed in. We count visits without cookies: a short-lived anonymous identifier is made from your IP address and browser details using a random value that changes daily and is not stored, so visits cannot be linked across days. We do not use advertising trackers.

Who receives it

We share information only as needed to run the shop, for example with delivery partners, payment and email providers, and the hosting provider. We do not sell personal information.

How long we keep it

Order and invoice records are kept for as long as we need them for accounting and legal obligations. Account details are kept while your account is open. Server logs are kept for a limited period for security and troubleshooting.

Your choices

You can view and change your details under Account Settings. To ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of your account, email us at the address above. Some order records may have to be kept where the law requires it.
